HR Operational Department Head

Requirements:

  • Has more than 5 years of experience working as an HR in a comparable position
  •  In-depth knowledge of labor law and legalities in Indonesia 
  •  Understand company needs and be able to give the best advice to fulfill company needs.
  •  Familiar with HR systems, legal documents and government policies
  •  An individual with a strong sense of responsibilities and independence
  •  Meticulous, well-organized, and able to multitask
  •  Dynamic, well adjusted and good communication skill

Industrial Relation

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law 
  • Has extensive experience in handling industrial case, multiple union, negotiation with union regarding collective labor agreement, and run LKS Bipartit
  • In-depth knowledge regarding labor law 
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced, manage time and work strict deadlines
  • Proactive and have good communication skill

Purchasing Section Head

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical), Business Studies/Logistic/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP, Analysis & Reporting, Benchmarking and Negotiation, Initiative, Responsibility

General Accounting Section Head

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting (mastering IFRS and PSAK)
  • Having experience in manufature or Public Accountant's is an advantage
  • Detail oriented and strong analytical thinking

Programmer Specialist

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor Degree in IT/MIS
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): web PHP, DB MySQL, web.NET and DB SQL Server, mobile development flutter/android

Programmer Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum education S1 Informatics Engineering / Computer Engineering
  • Experienced in implementing AX12 applications
  • Understanding business processes in the manufacturing industry
  • Understand the concept of Object Oriented Programming/OOP
  • Have the ability to process databases: SQL Server 2005, 2008 and 2012
  • Understand X++ programming
  • Understand SRSS reporting service
